Based on the development time and the fact that a release date has been release, Luka being there seems unlikely. I can always check the patent office and see if her name's registered for games though.

i read the post on vocaloidism about the release date for project diva is out and i want to know whether i can pre-order it from singapore and would they ship it to me ??

Another question :i cant read japanese so amazonjapan does'nt work for me ..

Amazon.co.jp has an "English" button somewhere. It won't convert everything into English, but it's enough that you'll be able to purchase what you're looking at.

That said, I don't think Amazon.co.jp ships software internationally, but I don't know the specifics behind that rule.

Amazon JP doesn't ship games and programs outside Japan. I tried about 900 times.

Neru and Haku confirmed in game. No news about KAITO, MEIKO or Luka, though =/
As I said on the blog, Amazon Japan doesn't ship PSP games overseas... =x
It's just a matter of time before Play-Asia and similar sites made it available for pre-order, though xD
