Edited models crashes MMD

I have a few Project Diva Models from Mamama-P that works great in MMD. I wanted to make a few edits of some of the models. So far, I've only removed (very little) polygons/verticies and bones I didn't want and changed their colors. I haven't added in anything yet.

I have multiple edits. One of them loads perfectly fine, one of them sometimes crashes, and one of them constantly crashes MMD. Sometimes the third one doesn't crash if I load in it after another model.

Does anyone know the reason or fix for this?
