Need help for PMD! T_T

well, I want to make PMD models, first I have found an english version and I download it, it works, but the textures disappear when I put the model, soo I think that its the version, because its old and then I download in japanese like 8 times! but it dont open, when I try to open i see this:

and I have instaled direct x and NET Framework ._.

Not so sure bucause I haven't used my PMD editor yet..but i think you also have to install something C++ redistributable..

But lets wait for others who actually knows what to do.
